The Palisades Real Estate Market

It is home to the North City Centre and Knights of Columbus Sports Complex. In contrast, Hudson, which is one of the newer neighbourhoods in The Palisades and lies within the arms of the U-shaped Pembina, is wonderfully exclusive, affluent and largely residential. It features a beautiful park and a stormwater lake. Cumberland lies immediately north of Hudson and Pembina.

Other local amenities include a wide range of restaurants, bars, cafes, sports and leisure complexes, supermarkets and excellent public transportation is provided in and out of the community. Popular and high-end shopping venues in and around the area include the North City Centre, the Kingsway Garden Mall and the Westmount Shopping Centre.

The Palisades is, by all accounts, a very fashionable residential neighbourhood with plenty of entertainment and shopping options. With a number of good schools and additional attractions including lakes and green spaces, this area is among the best Edmonton has to offer.
