Routes to shopping centres in other neighbourhoods will be opened, and when the Gorman area has finally been completed, residents will be able to conveniently use the Canadian National rail line via Ebbers.
Most importantly, the Gorman LRT Station will provide an open link between Gorman and the rest of the city. A connection with the southern part of Edmonton will allow better access to other neighbourhood recreational, healthcare and educational facilities across Edmonton.
