Since the development of the area came in phases, Forest Heights homes for sale differ in age. There are only a handful of houses that were constructed before the Second World War. There are 4 schools in the community including Forest Heights Elementary School, St. Bride Catholic School, St. Kevin Junior High School and McNally High School.
When leaving Forest Heights, you can take 75 Street, 84 Street, 98 Avenue, 79 Street, 101 Avenue, or 106 Avenue to get to Capilano Mall and the Commonwealth Community Rec Centre. As well, Concordia University College is easily accessible from Forest Heights.
