It is bordered on the east by Whitemud Creek, on the west by 170 Street, on the north by Anthony Henday Drive and on the south by Ellerslie Road. Ambleside Neighbourhood History

Homes for sale in the Ambleside neighbourhood have a very brief history. Ambleside was approved for urban development by city council in 2005 according to the Windermere Area Structure Plan. Before then, the parcel of land now occupied by the thriving, affluent and fashionable residential community was primarily used for agricultural purposes.

Ambleside Community Homes

Residential housing in the Ambleside community includes a combination of single-family and multi-family homes. The urban design of the community is stylish and innovative and compliments the natural and sensitive features of the area. While Ambleside does not currently have any schools of its own, residents in the neighbourhood are able to attend a number of great schools located in the communities nearby.
