Callaghan Real Estate Market

Callaghan is an up-and-coming neighbourhood of Edmonton providing a mix of homes and property styles ranging from low-density housing in the central, southern and eastern portions of the neighbourhood to medium-density sites clustered in the corners. Students in Callaghan have many great schools to choose from including Monsignor Fee Otterson School and the Johnny Bright Elementary and Junior High School. Located right inside the neighbourhood, the Jump Start Learning Centre is also available for preschool services and education.

Callaghan is located near great shopping centres and stores including the City Centre and nearby shops in the greater Blackmud community. The South Edmonton Common is only 2 km away and has great stores to choose from along with venues for family entertainment.

The neighbourhood offers waterfront properties and homes with lake-side views. The lake, along with its small-town feel makes Callaghan one of the most sought-after communities in Edmonton. The neighbourhood is managed by the Blackmud Creek Community League.
