How it all Began

Tres Carnales Taqueria was dreamed up by three guys who all have a passion for good Mexican food. They had all eaten food like this many times near Pacific Mexico and with no place to eat authentic Mexican food like that in Edmonton, they turned their passion for restaurants, good food, and Mexico into Tres Carnales Taqueria.

Tacos, Tortas, and Quesadillas

The owners believe in making food the right way so you won’t find just the basic ingredients in their food. Here are just a few of their best creations.

• Hongos Mixtos: If you love Mexican food and mushrooms, then you will enjoy this dish, which is a blend of mushrooms sautéed with garlic and a queso fresco topping, sure to keep you happy with each mouth-watering bite.
• Pescado: For a delicious blend of seafood and Mexican food, try the Pescado, which is a fresh Pacific Red Snapper that is subtly battered and fried.
• Vegetariano: For vegans or just veggie lovers, this meal will have everything you want. It is veggies and poblanos in adobo sure to leave you satisfied.

• Sopa De Tortilla: This side features chicken broth and tortilla strips, both made from scratch, complete with a tomato base, guacamole, crema, and pasilla chiles.
• Guacamole Y Totopos: You can’t eat Mexican food without some delicious guacamole! This restaurant features homemade guacamole with chips for an enjoyable treat while you wait for your main meal.
• Papas Fritas: Another savory dish is the papas fritas, which feature fried chunks of Russett potatoes. This dish is completed with an enticing topping of cilantro, queso fresco, and guajillo chile chimmichurri.
