For sustainability statistics, there's been a 90% reduction in stormwater run-off, a 64% decrease in potable water consumption due to rainwater recycling, and a 23% reduction in energy costs through geothermal temperature management.

Manulife Place is an iconic office tower and shopping mall in downtown Edmonton, complete with a two-tier concourse. Constructed by Clifford Lawrie Bolton Ritchie Architects in 1983, it stands tall at 146 metres and has 36 floors of retail and commercial space. 

Manulife Place, owned by Manulife Insurance Company, resides at the junction of 102 Avenue and 101 Street. It held the title of Edmonton's tallest building from its opening until 2011, when EPCOR Tower surpassed it.
